Family owned and run since 1927

Incorporated in 1927 through a joint venture with Harry Neal Ltd, our sister company whose foundations date from the 1880s. The joint ventures successfully developed a building on Kensington High Street, the first of many throughout London and the South-East. The St Anselm name was derived from a development on St Anselm’s Place in the West End, which is now the site of Bond Street Elizabeth line station.
Since inception, St Anselm has invested in, managed, and developed a range of high-profile assets. Our heritage and independence has given the company exposure to a multitude of varied real estate assets, with the current portfolio a reflection of our heritage.
